The new pool sypervisor Nick ( if I'm not mistaking) is great! He always shows up on time and communicates with me about the pool issues weekly.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

Since the start of the season we've seen great improvements in the level of service provided. The pool has been clean and clear, and the lifeguards have been punctual and vigilant. We have had some trouble with pass checking, but hopefully, after identifying the problem, it will also be improved upon. Communication with the operations team has strengthened over time as well.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

As you know, I hate surveys.............this is for Mark!!!!!!! I have always been consistent about referrals. Any company is only as good as you want them to be. Must have open communication or all falls apart.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

Overall the company has been good. Staffing issues such as guards not checking pool passes and allowing patrons that either do not reside in our community enter without a pass and or not checking at all. On cell phone frequently not being attentive to patrons. George the regional pool manager for west Springfield terrace has been EXCELLENT!

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

Greg is good with following up. Our pool has been maintained well this season. You didn't get a ten because I had to address the lifeguard about the cell phone as well as you guys. Alex is another supervisor also good with follow up.

There work independently and I don't have to worry about there timeliness. The reason they didn't get a 10 is recently we have had a few incidents where they were not timely.

I think that Greg stepped up and was able to fix the pool deck on time which was great. We had rain for 3 weeks straight. He got the pool opened on time and we appreciate it.

Well the only challenge ive run into the pool supervisor weekly has come back and told us there are items missing from the pool. If we had the list in the beginning we could have been ready. They are minor things and it before the pool opened.
