What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

American Pool does a reasonably good overall job. As a rule I personally don't recommend services to other people.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

David, our pool supervisor, is professional and doing a wonderful job with the daily operation of our pool. Sal, our regular lifeguard, has done a fantastic job as always. They both have a great relationship with our staff and residents which is very important. The operation of the pool has been going very smoothly since David took over in July. I am kept updated, and I have no worries about the staffing and operation of the pool.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

Life guard Jake Roberts is great, he never needs to be told what to do. He knows what needs to do and he does it. The supervisors Steve and Mark are excellent, I can call them at any time and receive a response back usually immeadiately.

This is our first year with RMS. Our experience has been wonderful. Upper management has responded to the Saratoga needs at all times.

They really went out of their way to make sure they were here on time, pool was clean, but keep a better eye on lifeguards!

They have excellent customer service. The lifeguards know they are there to save lives and they mkae sure everyone follows the rules. Do a good job.
