The staff has been very good about listening to the directions and needs of the Board and Lyon Fisher has been great to work with. He has handled a very difficult Board with no problem at all.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

The guard who has been assigned to the pool this year has been very good. He follows the guidlines which have been set forth by Continental Pools. He is always very safety aware and the homeonwers have really enjoyed him. The pool is always clean and kept in a very orderly manor. I have received no complaints from any of the homeonwers.

Lifeguards follow the rules.
When a lifeguard change was necessary due to a language barrier, you guys made a switch within days.

The lifeguard is adequately trained and executes his tasks without fail, there is a daily check-in and report from an area supervisor and open line of communication with upper management to address any issues at the pool. All the employees are a pleasure to work with.
