The pool was prepared on time in a professional manner. It was staffed with professional guards and it has been run professionally. Any issues we have had have been addressed in a timely manner. We haven't had any issues with the operations this year.

I don't deal directly with the pool but don't have any reports and everything has been taken care of in a timely manner.

We have been with Continental for at least six years. Six years ago when I started managing this property, they had some problems but now they have improved. I have been with quite a few pool companies before and I find that Continental really goes the extra mile to keep their customers.

The management is always very attentive. Everything is always followed through. The lifeguards this year were very responsible and incredibly communicative.

They are very responsive. Responsiveness is number one. The lifeguard is excellent and very pleasant. They are all nice to deal with. Overall, it's been very good.

The staff has been very good about listening to the directions and needs of the Board and Lyon Fisher has been great to work with. He has handled a very difficult Board with no problem at all.
