Staff has been great this summer haven't received any complaints that aren't easily fixed. Maintenance has been great and work on the offseason has been satisfactory as well.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

The lifeguard have been for the most part excellent everyone seems to love them, and they have a good rapprt with our residents. I haven't been AMAZED at the performance just because we had an incident of lifeguards leaving their bikes here at night and they getting stolen. We feel they shouldn't have had there bikes there at night. It could have prevented.

Last summer we didn't have a good lifeguard but this summer we have a great lifeguard. They have been doing great with checking in the pool, they have been doing correspondence this year. Mike has been checking in on everything. We have been very happy with him.

Very pleased with how they are running the pool this year. They have be diligent in checking with customers to see if they belonged at our facility.

It seems like they are rather attentive. The young man Matt Huston is available if I cant get ahold of him right away he gets back to me in a timley manner. he takes care of everything any questions or concerns I may have.

Good life guard. Overall good procedures and relationship with Jon.

"Generally very happy with the service, especially the guard. I do find the pre-season ""up-selling"" a bit annoying. Also, I would like to be asked rather than being told about pre-opening lifeguard training."

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

Milan, David, and Matt are great. Very easy to work with. Good communication, and has addressed any concern(s) professionally and timely. In addition David is always to work early, although he says only 15 minutes, I have witnessed him arriving 25 minutes early and is cleaning the pool and prepping for opening. It is his job but he works hard and it is appreciated.

Because Milan is the best employee of any pool company.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

American Pool worked with us when we didn't have are phone line. We had to get a prepaid and we got compensated for that. Phone line still isn't working so they will have to use the prepaid.

They did everything right except a few incidents but now everything is okay.
