We've been very happy with them. They've been responsive to our issues or our service request and the lifeguards have been good.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

The guards are punctual and take care of cleaning but texting and phone use are excessive. We provided a lifeguard chair for the lifeguard on duty but they sit at the pool table. A guard left for 4 hours during their shift and then made an excuse about it. Just staffing issues, computer /phone use in excess.
