There have been minor problems with lifeguards not knowing how to adjust chlorine levels properly resulting in delayed pool openings.

Response to calls of a problem gets immediate response from regional manager Shawn. Problem is usually rectified a.s.a.p.

Everything went smooth. We managed to get everything ready in advanced so we were not rushing last second. This year was smooth and great.

This year they have done an exceptional guard, my biggest complaint was the lifeguards but not this year.

The company is very responsive. They are doing the work they are contracted to do with out the stress of having to watch over them. Our pool looks great and so far the life guards have been on site at the appropriate times, they are very polite and ready to do their jobs.

I really like Justin. He came in and explained everything like what we needed and did a thorough check out of everything. The lifeguard, Chris, is very nice, polite, and did his job. I'm completely satisfied so far. I just started as the property manager about a week ago. So far it has been good. Everything seems to be good I know in the past week it has rained so there has been no lifeguard.

Everything went smoothly. We had some smaller issues after opening but they jumped right on it. This made the board happy, and in turn, made us very happy.
