We didn't get any complaints from the residents that's a good thing. It just went smoothly this year as opposed to any other year.

"Because, they got the pool open. There was no major problems, they checked everything out. It is a heated pool so it opens early and they got it opened on time."

"The guy who is working for you, Mr. Nicholas Veccarello, is very nice. When we call he comes right out and helps us fill out the forms. He will go to the county office and explain, he's just very good."

This score is for The Village Park pool. Nick is great. He is on top of all our needs. The only weak spot is an occasional slip up by a lifeguard; hard to control. Name removed B&D Management Phone number removed

Its just goes seemlesy, on time, the lifeguards are very confident and excellent service.

I think the willingness to accommodate us. They go above and beyond. There was an issue with a permit and they were able to resolve the issue quickly in order to get the public pool opened on time.
