"Because, it went well. They came out and fixed a few things. My main concern is that the pool would be opened on Memorial weekend. If not my residents would have been mad. The pool was opened on time."

"Because, everything was good everyone was receptive. There were a few hiccups the lifeguard wasn't here on time and the pool wasn't cleaned on time."

Basically everything went smoothly. Was hoping to know who are permanent lifeguard will be but I realize that is up in the air for reasons out of American Pool's control.

Company started early getting pool ready for inspection. Made the repairs in a timely fashion to meet deadlines to open pool.

Milan, David, and Matt are great. Very easy to work with. Good communication, and has addressed any concern(s) professionally and timely. In addition David is always to work early, although he says only 15 minutes, I have witnessed him arriving 25 minutes early and is cleaning the pool and prepping for opening. It is his job but he works hard and it is appreciated.

The first survery for the first pool does not apply to us and I can not answer the questions. With Meadows pool, we have had no problems.
