What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

We have had damaged pool furniture thrown out without approval from management. It resulted with most of our furniture being unusable, but us not knowing until homeowners asked about it. It is also a problem because the furniture could have been refurbished, but now we must look for replacements. I found them trying to throw out many more pieces at a second point in time, but luckily I was able to stop it.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

Staff representing Continental are very well trained and competent in their duties. Also, if questions arise about staff actions at the site, supervisors react immediately to resolve any potential problems. Staff are respectful when addressing residents on safety or violation of pool rules. However, staff members have been very discipline in their reactions to incorrect behavior and in discouraging inappropriate behavior by violators of the rule.

The staff is sound on managing pool chemistry requirements and operational issues.

Response to potential or actual problems during pool operational hours, are addressed in a weighted and calm manner, resulting in quite resolution of potential problems.

The people we have curretly are doing an excellent job monitoring the pool, keeping everyone happy, safe, polite and the actual superviors does a good job as well.
