They have excellent customer service. The lifeguards know they are there to save lives and they mkae sure everyone follows the rules. Do a good job.

Like I said before, they respond quickly and they have excellent customer service.

Well, every issue we had they took care of it right away. The pool opened on time when other properties didn't not open on time. They're doing a great job.

So far, there have been no issues. Anything that needs to be handled is handled by the crew that oversees Sailor's Quay, specifically Hank.
