I like the variation of exercises, as well as the routine of 50% treadmills 50% weights (usually)
The exercises are never too challenging, and are adaptable to my ability.

Never do the same workout!
It’s the most calories I can burn in an hour. But it makes it difficult to supplement with a weight training program when I don’t know what routine is going to happen each day - this will be the limiting factor to when I come. Otherwise I love it, staff are friendly

Instructors are really friendly and encouraging and knowledgeable!
Truthfully, I’ve never really looked forward to working out. However, the OTF workouts keep me interested because they are so varied - I never have time to get bored or annoyed that I’m working out because the workouts are so fast paced and I’m always moving onto the next part of the workout.
Every work out you leave sweating - feeling good.
Every Work out is unique and different - challenging the body in different ways (cardio, strength, endurance, interval)
Caters for all age groups - not a pretentious gym
Coaches always provide options for injuries (although can become an issue if more than 3/4 in a class need to use alternative equipment to the treadmill)
Competing against yourself with HR monitor - no hiding!
Splat points = good incentive to push yourself to get the 12!
That I can be competitive against myself and against other people. I love that the class size is small enough that the trainers know you and come round and motivate you
I love that the class is challenging but you can go at your own pace. I also like that each class is slightly different so you don’t get used to (and bored of) the same routine

I love the structure of the classes and the variety, every class is different. The trainers are really enthusiastic and wearing a heart monitor means you're motivated by both the trainers and the measure of your own personal output. A great way to get fit and achieve your fitness goals!
