Group, challenging, variety
I really like that there is a large running component, and that the workouts are very structured
I loved this workout experience. I love the variety of the exercise - mixing cardio with weights and resistance training. It's high energy, good music, great vibes and the trainers are all super friendly and helpful. I love being able to track my workout and my heart rate throughout the class - it's a really effective and fun way to challenge yourself.

Like the variety although when heart rate monitor doesn't work can be frustrating
A few ideas:
Partner with a local yoga studio for joint member discounts- or do a yoga night similar to the running clinic
Have "open gym" for a small extra fee allow OTF members to come in an use equipment when classes are not in session
Are you signed up with NIB? If a NIB registered gym, Members with NID insurance can get $100 rebate. It's free for gyms to sign up to this apparently

Fun group mentality
Love that each class is a total body workout, combining cardio and weights,
Each class is unique and with trainers always motivating you to do your best, recognising that we are all different and they work with you to achieve your goals.
Sessions at Orange theory are a great balance between strength training and cardio workout.
Engaging and motivating, I love the science/theory behind it and the live feedback on the monitor.
