The intensity is good and the KPIs are measurable so it is easy to track your progression as you get stronger and fitter.
I like the Hugh intensity 60 minute workouts.

It doesn’t hurt my body (so many CrossFit classes use jumping to raise heartheart which can hurt my knees/back) and I love the use of treadmills to raise heart rate. It’s imptoved my cardio fitness and stamina, and I’ve lost weight without restricting calories in an unhealthy way.
It pushes you to your limits with the screen showing your effort. Very fun and efficient way to exercise!

Variety and friendliness
I love turning up and not knowing what type of workout it will be! And I love that I can visually see my work effort so I know when to push myself harder. A very addictive workout style :)
I love that the workouts are always different and always push you to do things you know you should be doing to increase your fitness, but never do if you’re working out on your own!

I love how you do weights and cardio together and you get a full body work out.
Instructors are good.
I could recommend though that in the stretching section have music thats more relaxing. Also in the showers the music can sometimes feel like your back in the class when all you want is to relax and get ready for the day without the intensity.
But other then that I love your classes and gym!

The up and down of the heart rate.
I don't like the 3G one - I find splitting time between runner, rower and weights in three ways a bit dissatisfying.
I also hate the ones where you make us do things in teams.
