It's hard to not be motivated - in the short term watching yourself reach the heart rate zones is the positive reinforcement you need to know that you are working out to the best of your ability (and everyone is super supportive no matter what your level) and in the long term the muscle tone and weight loss you achieve.
- I love that it is a different workout each time (with the element of surprise so there is no backing out)
- I like that you are focused on your own heart rate stats so it doesn't matter if you are training next to someone who is far more fitter than you.
- All the staff are fantastic!

I don’t have to worry about what I’m doing. I know the coaches will correct my form to keep me fit and safe. It’s fun, different and creative. I know I’ll work hard, much harder than I could on my own.
Loving the variety and different classes each visit. I get bored when working out and there is NO WAY it will happen with the crew in Haberfield.
Only issue is the lack of class time availability...I guess I'll have to be quicker with my

It is different every day. The coaches help with motivating me and pushing me to do better. The 5am classes.
Great workouts, friendships and fantastic coaches.
The environment and instructor encourages me to push myself harder. The splat points are a good system for tracking my progress. Nice mix of cardio and floor work.

Going to the gym and exercise was very intimidating and unnerving experience for myself. I hated gyms until I found OT. Every single session it feels like a safe space for someone who is new to exercise and the gym to grow. The entire team is super knowledgeable and encouraging. My wins feel like their wins. I can not recommend this gym enough . OT is the whole package , amazing workout where you see huge improvements physically and mentally !!
