Every workout is different so you don't get bored. And the trainers always push you 110%.

It's hard to put into words exactly how wonderful this place is.

The front desk staff? Amazing!
Management? Amazing!
The coaches? Amazing!
The workout? Amazing!
Fellow members? Amazing!

Seriously, everything about Orangetheory is incredible.
In the past 20 years I've been a member at YogaWorks, Anytime fitness, Equinox in the states and also 24 hour Fitness, Fitness First and various Yoga Studios but never found a great workout that ALSO comes with such a great, supportive, inspiring workout-family like Orangetheory does.

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the Orangetheory workout is. No workout is the same so you can go every single day without ever repeating a workout. Classes are suitable for beginners and elite athletes alike as you are given modifications by the coaches to suit your desired intensity. Its heart-rate based and at the end of class you can see on the monitors how many calories you burned (I average 850, which is more than any other workout Ive ever tried). Orangetheory is the only workout that has not only completely changed my body but also has me excited to get into the studio every day and sweat.

I highly, highly recommend giving a class a try. Trust me, you'll be hooked.

I love orange theory!! I find it so different to anything I've ever tried before and it pushes me more then i ever could! Ive told all my friends, work colleagues and clients about it!! I always feel amazing after a workout and i love it!!

Varied workouts, with high intensity! Great instructors to motivate & encourage us. Nice environment to workout in with a good music selection! Friendly staff at reception to make us feel welcome! AN ALL ROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE!

What do you like about our workout?

I love how much Orange Theory pushes you to get the absolute best out of yourself every time.
Working out with a heart rate monitor was new to me, but has been a complete game changer. It's enabled me to push through what I THOUGHT were my limits, by realising that I do actually still have more left in the tank to go harder.
The trainers are so positive, attentive and motivating.
I love that feeling of when you walk out on a high.. and how it even stays with you for another day or two.

What do you like about our workout?

Today I completed my second workout session at Orangetheory and already I notice an improvement in my fitness. It is encouraging to see people of all ages, shapes and fitness levels in class. The staff are really friendly and no one judges you for being out of shape, if anything you are encouraged even more. It is a great feeling to be doing workouts again after 20+ years - if I can do this anyone can give it a go!
