Variety, good amount of attention from trainer, structured content.
I can just turn up, follow instructions and leave after 1 hour, knowing that I've done enough because of the monitor and splat points system.
Easy system to work towards my goals.

I recommend Orangetheory to everyone, especially when you need a personal trainer to get you started and need that kick to get you moving towards a healthier you. If you have an injury, the PT will look after you and guide you throughout to ensure your session won't be impacted. The 1 hour class is amazing! Your not on your own, you get guidance throughout the hour and one on one when needed. The staff are fantastic, the best I've come across in the fitness industry. The cost is affordable with the flexibility to book in for a wide range of classes everyday which fit into my busy schedule. I'm looking forward to being a healthier me.
