What do you like about our workout?

I really REALLY love my sessions at OTF and always look forward to them!!! All of the trainers and reception staff are wonderful people, so friendly, happy & always helpful. I do morning sessions and it's such an awesome way to start my day.....couldn't imagine it not being a part of my normal weekly routine.

I was really disappointed to hear a few months ago that a member went on a 'rant' on facebook over an incident that happened. I'm not on social media so didn't get to see if firsthand but was told about it by another member. I think that member behaved in a disgraceful way that was unacceptable and hope that issue was addressed with her. To be honest....I also hope she is no longer a member becasue what she did was extremely inappropriate & hearing about it made me really angry.

Anyway, on a happier note.....a massive THANK YOU to all of the staff at Aspley for the awesome job u do and giving me a reason to happily (well.....most of the time) drag myself out of be at 5.30am four mornings a week. If I'm not smiling when I arrive, I'm always smiling by the time I hit the dreaded treadmill :)

It's fun, it's a full hour of consistant moving, the coaches push you more than you would yourself. Always feel great after a class.!

I like the structure of the OT workouts, all the theory of performance and results has been worked I just need to turn up.

Every session is different and will challenge you, no matter your fitness level. Most importantly everyone is super motivating and the classes are fun!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the way the training is done because the trainers have already sorted out the training for that session and you don't need to try and work it out for yourself. I like that you are always working with your own ability and because your using a heart monitor you can gauge how much your improving and you can keep pushing yourself to the next level. All the work outs are high intensity and never the same. I enjoy how they are mixed up using the treadmill/bike, rowing machine and free weights. The more the session has you using the equipment at different intervals the more I like it. I was at a session last night and Riley was the trainer. We had three groups and each group rotated through the three types of equipment three times. I loved this session It has been one of my favourites.You work really hard using all the equipment over the hour and the time goes very quickly. I have tried other gyms before and always felt a bit intimidated and lost because I wasn't sure what was the right way to do things. I always gave up after a couple of sessions. This gym suits me perfectly and most of the time even though it's hard work I enjoy the workout. I find all the trainers helpful, kind and reassuring.

What do you like about our workout?

The one thing I would like to see improve at OT is the music. More CURRENT music along with more energising, motivating music.
Often I find the tunes too slow, outdated and repetitive.

What do you like about our workout?

It was the best work out Ive done so far!! I found it very motivating to achieve goals (going into orange) and Mel was the best. I'll be back to keep improving and challenging myself.
