Heart rate monitoring. So you can keep an eye on where you at and not compare yourself to others. As a non competitive person it really works for me.

What do you like about our workout?

Everything. The coaches, the workouts, how much I push myself to do better no matter how tired I am, the equipment and all the staff. I've never been pushed so hard in a gym before!

That I can monitor my effort on the board. And Mel pushes me so hard. I hate it at the time but feel so good afterwards!

Great facility, friendly and inviting people who care about your goals. Close monitoring by the coaches to ensure you feel welcome and are having a great workout but enjoying yourself at the same time.

What do you like about our workout?

I loved how it was such a different way of training and how it focuses on working through all the different HR zones. I also really enjoyed that you could smash yourself or scale it back whenever you needed to. The trainer was awesome too! I think her name was Cass

I like the passion of the trainers , the variety and especially being able to see if your putting your all in or not. !
