What do you like about our workout?

Heart based interval raining where I can visually watch how I am tracking and knowing I am working in my own and outside my own training zone. 'Personal' trainer on hand to guide you is a major, especially if you have never been a gym person such as myself. The sessions are fun and you want to come back for more - well maybe not after Tornados ! :-)

What do you like about our workout?

I feel so good after the workouts and I see real results! It incorporates everything I need from a workout, cardio and strength. I always invite people to try it with me but I think they must be intimidated by the intensity of it or something, I'm not sure! I come from the states so I'm actually shocked that this one isn't more busy. Maybe people just don't know about it here yet.

It's a great all around workout. I've been doing it for 2 years now and still choose to come everyday because each workout is different

What do you like about our workout?

I don't have to compete against anyone, or I don't have to keep up with anyone. It is all about yourself and no pressure. Anyone will enjoy this group fitness.

You work hard for the whole hour class. The coach is great, staff are friendly and the place is clean and very easy for me to get to, parking is great.

What do you like about our workout?

I liked how the format is something new to me and being able to view how I was doing on screen. I am competitive in nature so I will strive to make self improvements each visit.
Even though the class is full of people your focus is on yourself. I really enjoyed the class and can't wait for my next one. Oh and Josh makes you laugh!

What do you like about our workout?

I'm not sure to be honest! I am not lucky to love excerise but when I am in Brisbane I like to come 3 times a week. I have only been once in the last 3 weeks I think, so my membership is not being used as it should.
I did have my best session yet of 28 splat points. I was walking strangely for 4 days but Mark did a great job to get me there without hating the session.

It's brutality! Constantly changing things to keep it interesting and ensuring I was pushing as hard as I could be.
