Personal service and thoroughness.

During our last repair, we had a warranty issue. My vehicle was repaired the same day, despite the number of hours it took to complete the repair. Afterward, First name removed and Nathan were exceptional in keeping me informed and correcting an invoice problem. Christian Brothers did what they said they would do and stood behind the warranty; no questions, no hassles, no hidden charges... even though work was done at another store. Thank you!

Service was exceptional! I called and explained my issue, they told me what it could be and shared some ideas on what the cost would be. I scheduled the repair. They took me to work, called me with an update and had the vehicle repaired the same day. They also picked me up from work. What a great convenience!! They are friendly, upfront, honest and I will trust the team at Christian Brother's Tulsa Hills for future auto repairs. (They have also checked things for me in the past at no cost). I highly recommend you check out the team at Christian Brothers.

I want to thank the manager for being a wonderful man and making me feel welcome and assured that my car was greatly taken care of when I came to pick up my car! Thank you for the whole staff for being super kind and communicating well through the whole process of fixing my car. The process was as quick as possible. I really appreciate my whole car being taken care of apart from the issue at hand. My car was checked for tires and fluids, and it was cleaned inside and out. All of this was greatly appreciated! I had a wonderful experience with Christian Brothers Automotive, and I will recommend this store to others!
