Great service

Well organized, clean shop. Didn't make promises that they couldn't keep. Appears that they can prioritize the work, not just first come. The parking lot was quite full, I was hoping that my repair would be relatively minor, but as a tech what appears simple can eat an entire day away.
I was positively impressed. They got me out pretty qwick. I had to find alternative travel arrangements for a couple days, small price to pay. The car has performed flawlessly since its' return.

First of all, the person I contacted about my recurring issue with my Jeep was very nice, very quick to get me scheduled and helped me realize my issue was under a 3 year warranty. When I picked up my Jeep, the guys were very professional and made me feel pretty good about my issue. They dug deeper into the problem and found wiring that was shorting when my steering wheel was turning. They did the repair and I haven’t had an issue since. They also assured me to reach back to them if the issue returns as he handed my keys to me with a smile. That is outstanding customer service!

Christian Brothers Automotive is the only place I will let work on my car! I moved to Tulsa a couple years ago so when I needed a mechanic, I went to one recommended by a family member. They ended up not being a trustworthy mechanic, treated me like a child and did shoddy work on my car.

Last year, I tried Christian Brothers Automotive on a whim because I live nearby and it was the best choice I’ve made in a while!! Their office is so kind on the phone and in person and they work quickly. I am always treated with respect and always feel safe if I need to wait in their office. I love the way they send you a report on your car that has a break down of any work that needs to be done and the importance of that work. They also include pictures so you can trust the work they’re doing. They are patient and answer all my answers. They even have a complementary shuttle service to pick you up if you need it!

My brother recently took his car to CBA as well and they were so kind to him during a very hard time in his life.

I will never take my car anywhere but Christian Brothers Automotive!

Not only does Christian Brothers make any repairs that are necessary, they are also courteous enough to take into consideration what may be needed in the future, i.e., oil and other fluid changes, remaining tire tread, and future servicing that can be anticipated depending on the life of the vehicle and service schedule. Overall my experience with Christian Brothers is/was excellent. However, on this last visit with our Hyundai Santa Fe in July I think something got overlooked. We did did $2000 worth of work on the car including a brake fluid flush for about $140. When i was filing my invoice for the job i noticed that we had the Santa Fe into Christian Bros in February 2022 (4 months earlier). On that earlier visit a brake fluid flush was also performed. I know that brake systems can last a very long time without needed to be flushed, especially after just 4 months not flush is needed. Someone at CB should have noticed that we had just done a flush 4 months earlier and we really didn't need to do another one. I'm the husband and that Santa Fe is my wife's car so I think her being involved contributed to the lack of oversight, That would never happen with my car. Maybe splitting the difference for the not-needed work would go a long way in customer relations. It's always been a pleasure working with Jason and he is very professional. There is absolutely no doubt, and I tell people all the time, their diagnosis reports are the most thorough, evidenced with pictures, reports that I have ever seen. As consumers we are always leery of being taken advantage of. They not only have professional mechanics that diagnose for them, but it’s always backed up by high resolution photos is the issues.
