I was literally (and pleasantly) surprised at the personal attention I received, especially because of my unusual request for Russ to fill out a DHS vendor form in order to receive a payment voucher from the state for part of my repairs. Every person there went above and beyond the call of duty in order to help and accommodate my particular situation. I am telling everyone I can about Christian Brothers Automotive. After being shuttled to and from work by Russ while my car was worked on, I got in my car to take it home and found an added little surprise in my cup holder!! It was a cork coaster with the Christian Brothers' logo, replacing the old paper towel I had in there! Just a nice little added surprise that I saw after reaching my destination. Put a big smile on my face! God bless everyone at Christian Brothers!!

I loved everything about my experience. It was honestly a horrible day and I felt like everyone I talked to either over the phone or when I went into the office truly cared about me and not just my car. There was constant communication about the status of my repairs, which was so helpful. Russ went out of his way to check on me and figure out what was going wrong so that I could actually get my car in there to get fixed. Every single interaction I had with y'all's company was excellent and I have nothing but positive things to say about y'all. I like to say y'all were my first friends in Oklahoma and I will be forever grateful for how y'all treated me. <3
