We have open communication with the cleaners and with their supervisor, who checks on their performance regularly. Tasks are added when we request them. The company is always willing to work with us to solve issues when they come up.

I like the way little things are handled and not having to worry about Service master saying that was not part of plan and we will need compensated for it by raising the price. Service master keeps a very good line of communication with us and stays on top of the day to day issues that come up from time to time and always does their part. I am pleased with the thier employees/managment style and would recommend their service to those in need.

Always dependable. I like that you do inspections which tells me that you take your service to your customers seriously. I have never had any issues with the cleaning being done at our office.

The manager contact is a beneficial part of your service. Whenever I have a question or any concern Joe is on top of it immediately. Great job!

ServiceMaster works with our scheduale and is not upset with our changes. If there is ever a problem the take care of it right away. And they do a good job.

Cleaning is excellent. Communication is great. Especially appreciate cooperation when additional tasks are requested.

They do a very good job cleaning in and around desks, computers, toilets, and other various equipment. The ladies are also good about putting everything they have moved to clean back to where it needed to be.
