Chelsea Jones was a wonderful instructor. She had awesome energy and was so good at leading us through each exercise on the machine. Chelsea was very warm and welcoming. Definitely made my first class back in a while one of the best!
I have already told so many friends about lagree and have convinced friends to come join me for a class with friends loving it and signing up after! I love The classes, the workouts are great, the instructors are friendly and motivating and I definitely feel my body gaining strength and see changes in my body composition.
