It’s an incredible workout. I only gave it a 9 instead of 10 because it might be too challenging for some people... but I would (and have!) recommended it to friends and colleagues who already have a base level of fitness.

Jeffrey is the best instructor ever. His classes are challenging and unique. He should teach the other instructors as I never quite feel like I get a good workout with the other ones!
