Even though I took a bit of a break for golf season, the moment I stepped foot back into the Forest Hill Studio today I was warmly welcomed back and treated like family. The Mega is the best thing you can do to your body. It has transformed my body COMPLETELY since I started the training and I love it like I love no other workout.

Clean. I cannot say much about classes as I have one-on-one classes however I have been happy. Only issue when i recommend the studio is the pricing.
