The instructors always give very clear step-by-step instructions. I feel like it is the most effective work out you can do. I love the machine, the music, and such a great work out with not a lot of sweat!

Friendly and challenging
Just really enjoyed the workout and how it worked my body as well as the instructor. I felt she did a great job of reading how to welcome me into the class for the first time and gauge how to help me if/when necessary.
It was a challenging workout and the time flies by.
Hannah Baker is an exceptional instructor!! Loved her music and she was wonderful at making sure I had great form during the whole class.

Tough work out class
I loved my teacher! For my first class she made sure she was nearby to help me out and also gave me space to figure things out. The studio is beautiful and bright and the class moves quickly. I appreciate taking a breath between lower body sides so I don't feel like I'm going to die

Machines and a specific trainer
It's a great workout and most of your instructors are excellent.
My feedback is regarding two things: the first is the women's bathroom/changeroom is a bit tight when two classes overlap.
Secondly is that some of your instructors turn up their mic and music so loud that it actually hurts my ears. I work in a busy nightclub so I am not sensitive to loud noises or sounds but there have been times where Lagree classes are SO loud that it actually causes a crackling or static sound in my ears.
I've tried to avoid those classes but it limits my range of instructors and class times.
