What is so great about Lagree is that it’s low impact , working on your slow twitch muscles , stretching , building strength. Each instructor is very friendly, informative and challenges you to do your best . Each routine is different and it never gets boring . Have recommended Lagree to several people and they all have joined . So happy to spread the word as it’s a new way and fun way to get in better shape .

Brendan was a great instructor! It was my first class and he gave a short lesson on how the class would work which was very helpful. The workout was difficult but low impact which it a great alternative to some of the boot camps I’ve been attending. I’ve already recommended this class to my friends!

Amazing class and instructor
Studio Lagree is a very good workout that is so much different than the cardio or HIIT classes that I take. The studio is located very conveniently in the west loop and I suggest for my friends to buy the new person 10 pack because it is a great deal and gives you enough classes to really start seeing a change.

I loved the class! It was challenging, fun, and different. My abs and legs were sore for 3 days!! I have already told friends about it. It is pricey though.
It’s a very unique workout so you are engaged the whole time and don’t get bored! Also Danny is the best instructor I’ve had at any reformer Pilates class. He pushes you no matter what level you’re at and introduces different moves than I’ve seen before

Love this class! It is challenging and fun. Kristina is amazing at working with beginners to advanced, making modifications as she sees fit. Would highly recommend taking Kristina's class!!
