the classes are great but the policies are very strict. It's frustrating that if you accidentally book the wrong time for a class, or have special circumstances that make you unable to make it, there is no leniency in being able to switch the class or use it later, especially when we already pay such exorbitant prices for classes.

The instructor was great about coming in to check on me since I was new. The studio was clean and the entire staff was very friendly. The actual class was challenging but the focus on form from the instructor was great which is often minimized for group classes at other studios. Good music and good pace.
Music was good, staff was frienldy, facilities were clean.
The classes are great! Not so great that you can’t see how many spots are left in class. Hard to plan for people with busy work schedules that still want to come without cancelling!
