I love the classes and all the teachers
I have really enjoyed the last two classes I've taken, and the instructors are wonderful, however, I wonder if it is just slightly TOO hot in some of the hot yoga classes. I love the deep sweat and stretch, but not to the point of feeling like passing out. The instructors are good about getting some fresh air in the room, but it's very intense! Almost too....
I love core power. I feel like the yoga studios are always very clean. The locker rooms are in need of a deep scrub. The air ducting in the ceiling is very dusty. The walls need some touch up paint. The shower doors need soap scum eliminator. Other than that it is 10 out of 10!

Staff and instructors are always professional, friendly and offer great introduction to the practice while also elevating medium to advanced practitioner experiences. I enjoy the various classes offered, especially restore, live music, and black tag events. Love, love, love!
