I have been to every CPY location in the Cities as well as a few in Washington DC. CPY Downtown Minneapolis is still my favorite! The instructors know me by name and are incredibly motivating and encouraging - especially both Mollys, Ellie, and Bre (and Ken at Ten!). I learn something every single time I go to class, whether it's C1, C2, HPF, etc. As an overweight, formerly inflexible new yogi, I never thought I would say this - but yoga has become one of the best parts of my day.

I was visiting from Santa Barbara for a wedding and staying around the corner. I sometimes practice at Core Power in SB so I knew the routine and it was great to see your logo as I drove in. I went a couple of times but especially loved a Saturday morning CP1 class with Molly G. Being a little worse for wear after the night, I was on the verge of walking out when I lay down on my mat and listened to the very cool, soulful music she had on before her class and all through her class. I loved the imagination, bluesy, not what you expect in a Yoga class, flair she brought to the session. It carried me through. Glad I had a chance to talk to her after class. Molly is a great advocate for you at Core Power. First time in Minneapolis, will be back. Great town, great people. Thanks, Pat
