Clean, great instructors!

Amazing!!!! Love it a lot. Classes and teachers are awesome. Only thing is sometimes classes are too packed even though there are bigger rooms open and also way too pricey :( fortunately I live in Floco so I get classes for free!

All products are the newest trends and the inventory is constantly changing. The services are amazing - the instructors are exceptional. I love this studio!

The community and intensity of the workouts

Brian was an awesome instructor. His class had the perfect mix of flow, balance, and core work. The studio was very warm and welcoming.

I'm enjoying my free week. Since I'm a beginner I've gone to both hot yoga and Core 1 classes. I found the instructors friendly, experienced, and helpful. Offering pointers and adjustments as I needed them. Of the two classes I'm planning to continue going to hot yoga. I find the postures better for me as my wrists tend to give out and hurt after too many downward dog and other hand weight bearing positions.

Great teachers!

Greta was a fantastic teacher. She has great energy and really engages in the class. I also really enjoyed her playlist. I have never been to the Downtown location and felt very welcome when I walked in. I will definitely be returning to classes Greta will be teaching and also look forward to attending other classes from different teachers.

Michael Melrose is one of the best teachers ever!!!

Dylan provided a very in depth and engaging HOT yoga class. He has a presence throughout the class that offers a transformative practice.

The 60 minute hot yoga class is great! Dylan P is a wonderful instructor. He provides a great mixture of technique, energy and motivation to guide you through the session. Thank you for reinvigorating my love of hot yoga.

I'm still thinking about the awesome class I had on Thursday at 10am with Dylan. The flow was beautiful, the room was warm not hot, music that faded into the background, and a calm presence from Dylan. I enjoyed his opening comments at the beginning of class about the busy mind. His sequence of postures was very intelligent - challenging but still felt good in the body. Many thanks to Dylan!
