Sculpt- Its a full-body workout;the heat coupled with a mix of strength, balance, and cardio awaken the body to perform during the 60 minutes, and leave you feeling agile and energized for the rest of the day.

I like the location, and instructors. I also like the retail store in front. I have bought a few yoga pieces there. Even once got LULULEMON stuff on sale.

I am new to yoga but was interested to find something with less impact and an emphasis on feeling better. Both mind and body wise. I found it! I was then blown away by the workout itself. I've never sweat so much in my life and I leave feeling absolutely great. Thanks guys! I'm hooked.

There is always a class no matter what your schedule. The instructors are consistent in their approach and the more experienced ones combine spiritual and physical.

Everything except the membership dues. The rates are too high. You can join a gym for $99/mo. and that includes all gym equipment, pool, sauna, spin classes, yoga, and group exercise. I think customers would be more satisfied with a lower BlackTag membership fee. $140 is too much for young adults to pay.

The Yoga instructors are all so unique and knowledgeable. I always walk away feeling physically and spiritually satisfied. The instructors truly live Yoga.

The flow and every instructor will have a different sequence but follows sun A and B. I am currently in Salt Lake City, there are 3 studios that I go to. The difference from my studios in Boulder CO and Westminster CO is that the instructors here walk around the whole class without doing any of the yoga with us or demonstrating the sequence. The walking around the whole class time if they are not going to touch or help people with alignment is distracting and annoying. Its like being judged. When the instructor does most of the yoga with the class, they truly are guiding it and the class isn't so much about them.

Also, I love music in yoga class but here in SLC, I've had to endure loud auto-tuned Britney Spears, Katy Perry, lady Caca,etc. and techno beats at discordant harmonies. Its great instructors have freedom in their playlists but I don't go to yoga to hear awful top forty with satanic messages.

Thanks and I'll continue to go to C2 5x week but since you requested feedback, here it is. I do love Core Power. I travel across country and have been to core power studios in Texas, UT, Los Angeles, and Colorado. Yoga is my sanctuary and I love it.

The variety in classes. I'm fairly new to yoga and I like that there is something different or a new flow in each class. I especially like and prefer the sculpt class.

Excellent teachers

I can't say enough about CYP- Grant location! It's the BEST! The studio is always immaculate, the staff greets you by your first name, there are always a variety of classes to choose from and the instructor kick you tail! Having purifiied water station is a bonus as well.
