Tom Gi was a great instructor in the C1 class I attended! I also enjoyed the layout and the larger space in the locker room than in other CorePower's I have visited.

I love the cozy feel of the Grant studio and Meghann's HPF late night is a great sweat

I have amazing workouts. Especially the last one. The instructor was wonderful and her music wasn't distracting just had a great beat. She rocked

Grant has the best teachers! And such frequent classes.

I love your instructors, I love the energy. One thing that is missing is knowledge of what to do with diastasis recti, or how to truly help the women coming back to fitness postpartum. So far I have been given a ton of really bad advice from the entire yoga community in general.

I love corepower yoga and have been a faithful member for 5 years.

I wanted to give some feedback on the new schedule at the Denver Grant Studio, I love that studio and that it was the original Core Power.

However, I do not like the new schedule with classes back to back with only 15 minutes in between. Core Power is my sanctuary away from the stresses of my job and I am the type of yogi that likes to show up 30 minutes early and lay on my mat in silence (this is one other thing I've noticed, people talk before/after c2/hpf classes, is this the norm? I guess I am not used to this), anyways, I really appreciate the extra time between classes to really soak in silence & be able to lay in chavasana after class without interruptions.
