The locker rooms are much bigger then other locations and the variety of classes and times are appreciated. You have two of my favorite sculpt teachers, Stephanie and Liz Br! I Always leave sore and happy.

Challenging classes, personable staff, clean facilities

Corepower is my favorite yoga. I love that it starts with a gentle flow to allow the body to loosen, and then works into a more rigorous flow and potentially extended holds. And I love the heat. I sit in an office for work, and I do other activities that can create tension and discomfort in the body and tight muscles. If I start out in a yoga practice with holds or static poses and cold muscles, I don't feel like that's good for my body. The breath, heat and flow loosen and relax me and prepare my mind and body for more meditative states.

Staff is friendly and motivating. The classes are excellent and the facility is close to home!

It has been a great experience attending class at the Grant Studio in Denver. I have had the opportunity to travel to several different Core Power Yoga's to take class and I have found that the Brand Experience at each location is similar no matter if I am practicing in DC, Chicago, or Denver.

I love the large classroom downstairs, large locker room, and that there are always plenty of weights, even in unusual sizes (i.e. 7 lbs). The Grant studio also has great weekday and weekend class schedules.

I like heated yoga. Dont remember instructor but she was good. The yoga room was awesome, I like the natural light coming in. Facilities are great. That was the most showers I have seen at core power. No wait time to use them. And good location!

I love CPY - I'm a recent convert from a boutique studio. I feel bad about that but y'all won me over :)

A few comments:

- I wish the black tag membership was cheaper...I'd consider buying if it was less. For $139, I'm more inclined to join something like Cherry Creek Athletic club with a pool, hot tub and a variety of classes etc.

- I have noticed Grant isn't as clean as the other studios. The studio floors never seemed to be cleaned as thoroughly before the next class.

- I feel like the evening classes should be in the bigger studio since they are always PACKED. Not sure why they always throw C2 evenings upstairs.

- And finally, the C2 classes haven't been as hot recently (not just at Grant). I think the reason the C2 classes are popular is that intense humidity and heat. I've heard a few people mention this as well as they walk out of class, so I know it wasn't just my internal temp intuition leading me astray.

PS. Also, the new ARIA community up by Regis (52nd and Federal) will be looking for a fitness/boutique gym to go into their retail space...CPY would do amazingly there. Just a thought.

The classes align mind, body and spirit and give a killer work out! The pricing is reasonable which I also love! I like the flexibility in classes (you DO NOT have to sign up in advance - I love that!). The instructors are great and are very knowledgeable when it comes to both the body and yoga.

Classes are always well organized and well run. They do me a world of good. The only draw back can be a tight locker room between classes. Mike's Tu C2 class is my favorite but I haven't done that many different classes.

Absolutely great classes and dedicated instructors. I got the best workout and I loved it! The only reason I have it a 9 and not a 10 is that some of the classes are far less yoga centered (ie: sculpt), and I was expecting a bit more yoga integrated into the practice. But otherwise, absolutely great experience.

Even though I was a beginner, I did really enjoy the hot yoga class on Friday evening. I will definitely be back- to take a beginner's class. Thank you!

Great teachers. Excellent variety of class choices and times. Check with the front desk about the parking arrangements, Once you get a pass you can park in the structure for free.
