I am very new to Pactiv so in order to better complete this survey, I need some additional time to assess the building maintenance services. I will definitely be able to better provide feedback soon.

The staff is always available to answer any questions or provide any additional service we may need beyond their normal cleaning routine. Our assigned employee is friendly and courteous and makes an effort to do his job to the best of his ability. I am very pleased with the service we have been getting from ServiceMaster.
Adaptability to changing demands in a lean manufacturing venue

On multiple occasions we have come into work in the morning with the thermostat turned down to below 50 degrees and the office freezing. Not only is this an extreme waste of money but it was quite an unpleasant first few hours of work. This has happened once in back to back summers. We have also had a number of things go missing over the years, not misplaced but missing. Not sure if this has anything to do with service master but on at least 1 occasion it would appear someone from service master is the likely culprit.

The work is always done when it's supposed to be and it exceeds expectations. They are very committed and reliable. Great job.

They always do a great job at keeping our office and exam rooms clean which I consider to be very important for a physicians office. They are dependable and always do what they say they will do.

It seems the cleaning is not a thorough as it was 18 months ago. All the garbage gets emptied. I notice little things on the floor before and after the cleaning. I would think those should be swept or vacuumed. Bathrooms are not always as clean as I would expect.

The cleaning person that comes to my facility doesnt clean very well and has a poor atitude. This person also gave one of the managers at my facility a problem when he told them they could not bring in a powerade which is a competitors product.
The workers have been very helpful, accomodating to the needs that arise that are out of the ordinary. The work is consistantly done well.
Tim is very responsive and provides a clean environment.
It is done on time to my satisfaction. I feel they use discretion, especially with regard to respecting privacy for our membership .
I like having all the sanitation under one roof.
