The classes are awesome and the schedule is very flexible. It is easy to make a class at any point throughout the day. I also like the alternating sculpt and C2 at 5 pm. The instructors are also amazing!

I love that there are a variety of times for classes, which makes it helpful to stay on track of my fitness needs. The studio is clean and inviting and above average compared to other studios I've been to.

Great class in great location
It was our first class at your studio as we were visitng from Canada. The class and staff was great but found the 37 degrees temp to be very hot and really have to wonder as to the true value of running 'hot' classes.

I love the instructors, the soothing environment during classes, the work out I get and how much I sweat, the frequency of hands-on adjustments! I love all of it! Also, the facilities and showers are really nice!!

Only advice would be to mic your instructor's therefore they don't loose their voices teaching and The class doesn't loose any intensity with the Music having to be turned down to hear
Instructor.

They remember me week to week. Small studio feel, but still a lot of class options! I've loved every class I've attended.
