Visiting and having gotten busy with all those other things, I’ve had time for only 1 session.
A very good workout. Haven’t done a flow for awhile. Enjoyed it.

I'm a yoga instructor myself so I'm very critical of other instructors and I will recommend people to CorePower Kailua and Kahala. I personally like Travis and Sara from Kailua and enjoy Cecelia from Kahala. Don't take good yoga instructors for granted.

The inversion workshop was an amazing! The teachers were energetic with very helpful instruction, the facility was immaculate, and the atmosphere was tons of fun!

Awesome Studio! I love the variety of classes and the many time slots available on both weekdays and weekends! I have taken about 15 classes and have enjoyed every single one of them! Mahalo Core Power!

I like the friendly staff that greet you when you walk in. I enjoy taking classes from the yoga instructors because they are patience with a newbie like me and offer advice on what to do when I'm lost or can't do a flow. The facility is clean and well stocked with everything you need for the classes.

I love your compassionate and passionate instructors, friendly and supportive staff. I am writing this feedback form for two reasons:
1) I feel for the sculpt instructors who either lose their voices or cannot be heard cueing instructions over the music. I want the Corepower organization to provide this and perhaps all studios with at lease one portable microphone in case instructors find it helpful. Not all instructors will need or want to use one, but asking teachers to simply turn down their muslc is not the answer, as sculpt classes are very different from Vinyasa flow, restorative or HPF classes. They are meant to excite, motivate and "exercise" their patrons, and music (especially loud music w/ good beats) are essential. Please provide studios w/ a portable mic for instructors to use at their discretion.

2) Being a physical therapist, proper and safe exercise is also very important to me, and I don't think having clients lower their legs to hover above the floor and then moving them in circles or half circles is safe for most people, as most people do not have the core muscle strength to keep their backs stabilized on the floor; I have observed this in classes. I have also educated the awesome instructors that I take class from in the Kailua studio, and they now properly cue to avoid back injury, and I am very greatful to them and to their openness and appreciation for the input. But perhaps the organization can educate all of their instructors on this or leave out this particular exercise completely.
