Our needs were accommodated on very short notice; every meeting happened on time; scheduled cleanings were very prompt; the employees who performed the work were polite, professional and very easy to work with; and the price quoted was very reasonable give. The value we received in return. I also am very pleased by he accessibility of Barry Montgomery while cleaning work being done - and the fact that he came back and felt that more work needed to be done at no charge to us simply to please us knowing we had an important event is truly remarkable. I feel the staff go out of their way to make sure things are done satisfactory. They stop by, they call and they E-mail. If any problem arises they fix it immediately. I was just ask to submit a list of products my offic was running low on. I must have had a guardian angel the past 18 months (service master) because I've never had to order for myself and I've never run out of supplies. Caroline is such a super lady, she takes good care of my office by having the right personel service us.
