It's great my kid is doing good in math
After working with Mathnasium all summer, my daughter came home from her first week of 3rd grade saying her teacher gave the class their math books for the year and she was excited about it. Her attitude toward math has turned around thanks to the great staff and method at Mathnasium Tosa!

Overall, we have been very happy with our experience. One thing that would improve is allowing for one more hour on Sundays. Because the center closes at 1pm and we have church services on Sunday morning, we aren't able to schedule our child on those days at all. Staying open until 2pm would allow us to attend both.

Wonderful staff, excellent tutors, and my daughter is always happy when we drop her off, and pick her up. She’s improving every month, and it’s the best investment we could make.

The cost is phenomenal. If you have ever had a tutor or paid for any type of tutoring, esp for math, then you know that kids definitely need more than one appointment in a week.
With Mathnasium, I am happy that my son can learn Math for more than 30 min or an hour a week. It takes time and Mathnasium understands that.
The staff is patient, they recognize your child's strengths and weaknesses. You can talk to them about what you need, and I just love this place.

The collective attitude of your place helps with my daughter who doesn't like math in the first place. Scheduling and finding a spot is really convenient because there tend to be plenty of spots available when I am looking. This is especially helpful with my daughter whose schedule is already full without Mathnasium! We are very happy about the help our daughter is getting with math!
My 4th grade son was having a very difficult time in Math. His grade went from a B to a D. Thanks to Mathnasium his math skills improved, his confidence came back and he finished the year with a A.

Our daughter starts getting more and more comfortable with math. Her new test scores range in between 95% and 100%. Also, love the fact that they can work on their school homework. Also, live the fact that Mathnasium does not have homework.

We returned to Chicago after a year away, and I was worried that they might be behind their grade levels in the fall. I enrolled my daughters right as summer started. Mathnasium did a great job of gauging their learning needs and taking my concerns into account. The girls really liked all of the tutors, and surprisingly, they usually seemed to like going.
When my daughters started school again, their beginning-of-the-year assessments put them right where they needed to be (maybe even ahead in some areas). We have nothing but good things to say about Mathnasium. The only reason we've paused is because my daughters' extracurriculars have made it hard for them to regularly attend sessions (and if I pushed for it, I would start treading into pushy overbearing parent territory). We are grateful for our time with Mathnasium and will definitely consider returning in the future!
My kids (8,10) love to go to classes especially to get perks like small toy or candy which is basically earned from finishing extra or playing some brain games !!!
We can’t not thank you enough on building confidence in our child and teaching ways that she can understand. Math is fun and exciting while reaching goals and getting rewarded.
