The team is very customer oriented. They are flexible to changes. Due to COVID, my daughter's schedule changes intermittently and is not able to attend the already scheduled time slots. Charles and Ben were happy to help me reschedule at the last minute - very kind of them to do that. I also appreciate the patience from the tutors as my daughter is a very shy and quiet person. Our daughter loves going to Mathnasium twice a week! After many months of virtual learning, she started to become frustrated with math and lost a lof of confidence. All of the tutors are kind and they make learning fun! Our daughter feels more confident and is much less frustrated.
My daughter struggled so much with math and as a result, hated it. Plus, due to brain inflammation from Lyme, she lost many of the abilities that she did have. At 14, she was barely at a 4th grade level. After less than 6 months at Mathnasium, she has progressed a complete grade level and best of all...she loves it! I'm still at a loss as to how they motivate her to complete so many papers in the hour she's there, but I'm beyond thrilled that she's enjoying it and finally gaining back the skills necessary to progress academically.
Mathnasium has continued to be a great asset for my son. With the pandemic, they have pivoted and offer vitual and in person learning. Being in a private school, the math material is challenging , so having this additional resource has been a life saver. The tutors work with the students in an effective and positive manner. I highly recommend it!
Our experience at the Blue Bell Mathnesium has been excellent . Alex listens to our concerns & addresses them accordingly. We are very happy that we found a a place for our kid to learn at her own pace

We put both my kids (6th and 8th grade) in Mathnasium. It is boosted by 6th grader's confidence during math in school. My 8th grader he has been doing Mathnasium this year primarily for high school admissions test prep and we feel that this has been very effective. Naresh (the owner) is hands on, responsive, and will push your child. The tutors know how to do the math, can teach short cuts and strategies, and have a good demeanor.
My son loves his tutor Alana, she explains everything in a clear, smooth, patient and fun way, and she makes my son feel good about himself. I have overheard my son getting that a-ha moment after Alana goes through things he didn't previously understand.

My daughter has been with Mathnasium for over a year. During the pandemic, she continued with their virtual sessions and she has been thriving. She works independently in her school math class and can do her homework on her own. She even earned straight A's in her math class. Mathnasium instructors are encouraging and the virtual format is right on target! I highly recommend them.
