Customer Testimonials
This was exactly what my sons needed. After six month, they are now very confident in their math skills.
Very personalized service. They zeroed in on exactly my children’s weaknesses , each different, and helped them...
My son has attended Mathnasium for 3 years and has gained confidence in his math and science skills and he continues to maintain an A average in math.
My son placed into the Honors Math program at his middle school. The extra help Mathnasium has provided over the years helped us get there!
My older daughter improved her ACT score and my younger daughter looks forward to returning for more sessions!
The instruction my son received at mathnasium was instrumental in his being accepted by an outstanding college preparatory high school he had longed to attend.
Maggie left comfortable to ask questions and appreciated the rapport she had with the instructors.
My son Daniel has had tremendous success with Mathnasium !
My kids are really liking it and learning a lot!
We have been really pleased with the progress that Mathnasium has given our daughter. She is more confident about her math skills and more open to asking for help with problems. She enjoys her sessions and finds the incentive plan really enticing! Both our kids did Mathnasium At Home this summer and it was very successful and took out the stress of having them to practice math during the vacation. The staff is extremely helpful and very responsive which has made scheduling really seamless!
Love Mathnasium and love how you make it interesting and challenging for the kids- mine usually complains about going to things related to school, but she doesn't about mathnasium-
Our son was enthusiastic about going to Mathnasium from the start. When he learned about the incentives after each session and the "black" t-shirt that looked "cool" it was enough to make him eager to go there for tutoring.
We can see some significan improvement in Dahlia’s math.
Thanks
Valuable supplement to algebra classes in school. Staff are cooperative, polite, and prompt.
We thought our 9-year-old might balk at the prospect of two sessions a week of math -over the summer, no less - but she loved the tutors and the program! Thank you!
Great (nice) teachers, no pressure. Practice, practice, practice - very underestimated in our (NYC) culture.
Great instructors. Directors are terrific!
Very nice and knowledgeable staff
Lives up to the claim; my homework hating son requests to come to mathnasium. He really likes it!
Super nice staff and flexible.
Our daughter Milla is doing well, and understanding Math in a fun learning way.
My kids have improved a lot and they are happy going to weekly sessions.
Was a good experience
We are thrilled with what Mathnasium has given our kids over the years. They have gained confidence as well as high level math skills resulting in our kids not only placing in math competitions and doing well with grades/test scores, but also, just being happy at school and feeling like they are strong at math. We have "math kids" in the family thanks to Mathnasium and are really grateful for the warm and professional atmosphere they provide. Our kids do both the group and the private sessions based on their schedules and needs -- could not be more convenient. We find that Mathnasium is more effective than a private home tutor and more fun as well.
Very good and responsible teachers!
You guys have managed to make math fun and our daughter is thriving! Thank you
My daughter is math obsessed because of Mathnasium. I recommend it all the time.
Have to wait for review to gauge any improvement
We have found that it has helped our daughter very much and a better understanding of Math
The Upper East Side location is very well run by Richard, and has tailored the learning curriculum to my children's needs. My kids have developed a better understanding of numbers in the past year, and they continue to work on challenging word problems from school through dialogue with the instructors. What I like most is that my kids can verbally work out problems with instructors -- explaining out loud helps iron out their thinking -- rather than being limited to just demonstrating their work on paper.
