My 9th grader joined mathnasium after having difficulties in advanced geometry class.
John and his team not only taught her the material for class, but instilled confidence and restored learning skills that were lost during the pandemic remote learning.
John went above and beyond our expectations in his commitment to her success. He made sure that she had the review materials she needed to continue practicing at home and was always available to meet with her remotely or in person if she had any questions after the sessions.
John also kept us informed on her progress and was always there to advise us with any questions we had. In short this was a real life saver, especially after covid where so much of the learning skills were lost. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Mathnasium in Great Neck is excellent! Karen is very attentive to my child's needs and always tries to help her through the best learning methods from the tutors. Taylor and Tiffany are very good at explaining difficult math concepts and I highly recommend them. Overall, my child is well ready for 7th grade math when she returns to school.
My grandson math’s grade was really bad and this program now he is in honor math class. We highly recommend it.

My son enjoyed his classes and you all helped keep his math skills. During the school year, I think he does alright in school, but I really appreciate being able to sign up for just the summer! I think it has been helpful to keep his math skills from atrophying during the break!
My son started Mathnasium with low math confidence and dropping grades. After a few months of following a customized lesson plan and hard work, his grades began to improve and his confidence in math as well. They are immediately kind, engaged, and interested in their clients, and really genuinely want to help. And they don't just put on a good show up front-- that level of sincere care abides throughout your time with them. You don't use "get a sense" they actually care about helping, it is transparent and undeniable from the get go that they want to help. As good, is that they actually know how to help. My son's confidence increased almost immediately, but it wasn't just psychological-- he knew what he knew better, and he knew he knew more and had more strategies to work with. I can't believe how quickly real gains were delivered by the staff.
Nate loves learning with mathnasuim. He tells me "I'm working right through those pages" he's got so much more confidence with his math skills, and looks forward to school starting so he can show off his new skills. Thank you mathnasuim
I believe the few sessions my son has attended has really motivated him. He slacked off and had little interest at the end of last school year.
He is catching on and making up on some skills he had not learned or was deficient in.

My son enjoys going there to learn and refresh his knowledge of math
We signed my 6th grader up for Mathnasium after he fell a bit behind this last school year. After 2 years of remote learning he seemed to be missing some of the foundational math he needed to succeed in middle school. So far, Mathnasium has been awesome. He has not only caught up on past learning, but is ahead for this upcoming year. He says he enjoys going and never complains to us about it. All the tutors are very friendly and informative.
It’s been such a hit that my other son, who is not in need of tutoring, is asking if he can go.

Mathnasium uses fun activities and prize incentives to motivate my kid during sessions. He looks forward to seeing the instructors on his scheduled visits and they genuinely care about him and help him feel comfortable while there. I’m looking forward to seeing his math grades go up in Fifth grade this fall.
Spencer is a really great person he is there always willing to help me out if I need any type of help of the scheduling or any question i have he answers it with a great smile.

My son really excels in language arts but has never enjoyed math. Mathnasium has not only improved his skills but he LOVES learning math now. He is excited to attend every session and has formed great connections with his instructors. We are so thankful for his experiences with Mathnasium.
