Our cleaner ,usually Joe, goes the extra mile sometimes in that he replaces light bulbs, fixes broken stools etc. He would not have to do this and it is so appreciated. He is wonderful!

It is just in the beginging phase and there is a learning curve to get a feel for our equipment which is a Kaivac system. the response from the Wellness staff is that they appreciate the consistancy of them being cleaned and have noticed the rooms smell clean in the mornings. We are glad for the service.

Friendly employees, seem to care about the job they are doing. Good follow up by the supervisors; any problems have been addressed. We really appreciate the cleaning person we have now doing a very good job.
