Came in on Sunday, as my barber (of 20 years) had retired so needed a new place. Was greeted quickly and was advised to fill in my information into the tablet. Front desk was warm and friendly. Had my cut with Maria and she knocked it out of the ballpark, amazing haircut and provided a great experience.

11/10 I walked in, all of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I explained the haircut I wanted and got a much better result and experience than I expected!

She was great with my son after he had a traumatic experience somewhere else. She listened to his 4 year old concern and let me stand near. She made his day giving hi the rocket ship hair with colour! (Spiked with gel). He said it didn’t hurt at all and he wants her to cut his hair again.

I requested for a normal haircut which was price tagged @27$ + tax. I made it clear at the counter and with the hair stylist. I was shocked that I was charged $38 for a normal hair cut I instead of $27. The stylist is good and appreciate her good work but I felt the difference in services and additional charge levied was not specified to the customer. Thanks
