The selection is great and the staff are very knowledgeable on all their products and are always ready to help address any question you may have.
Some staff are very good about returning calls... but some are not.

Customer service.... I left three messages for the service department and never got a return call.
Also, had my trailer serviced there last year and found it unlocked and two screws missing from an area that they were working in. This year I checked after the work was completed and the trailer was locked and everything else seemed good.
Your parts guy tried to pressure me into buying things i didnt need and then told me it was against the law to tow my camper without buying overpriced things.
Alpin Haus handles my winterization and annual warranty check up each year. They make sure I will be all set for the next camping season. When an employee called me to remind me of my appointment I was camping and had a problem with the hot water heater. I asked her if she could talk to someone in the service department and get suggestions of what to do. This had happened before and I knew they said it was a simple fix. She called me back and also sent me a video. I was able to fix the problem and had hot water once again!! Thank goodness, as it was 34 degrees at night. She went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate that!

Very professional and explained all the work clearly
From the very first e-mail to picking up my TT after warranty work, replace defective roof AC unit, every person I communicated with was very professional and courteous. My concerns were listened to and addressed and taken care of. I did not purchase my TT from Alpin Haus but I was treated like a long time customer. My warranty work was completed in a very timely manner and at minimal cost to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Alpin Haus.

You charged me $300 for doing inspection it took 15 minutes and then told me that my problems were not warranted yet you sold me a contract for bumper to bumper protection
You could use some quality assurance checks on service. I had a damaged bumper when I purchased my unit. New one was ordered and I got a call to schedule replacement. Brought my unit there for the work and was told the bumper that came in was also damaged. Another visit was for a leak behind the awning - took it there and picked it up with a service slip that said it was fixed. Next camp trip I took it rained and sure enough the leak was still there ( I have a video ). Makes me feel that no one is even looking at the problems my unit was brought there for in the first place.
