The few times (in eight years) I have had a problem it was taken care of the same night. Dave(Cervino)is always professional in his manner and makes sure his people are doing the correct job.
The cleaning service is excellent. Very seldom do I need to call about anything wrong, but when I find a need to call, David Cervino responds very promptly and with great courteous in taking care of our needs. I have never found another contractor in Janitorial service, or any other needed service to match Dave's performance, genuine concern for the client, and cheerful nature. As I have conveyed to him- "he is the BEST" !!! Other Janitorial services call to solicit our business quite regularly and I tell them no thank you, we could not be happier about our present service with ServiceMaster.
ServiceMaster is consistent in doing a thorough job every single day. They are extremely reliable. If there is ever a problem they seek to correct it immediately. And they do inspections on a regular basis to see if anything special needs to be done, then they take care of it right away.
The management takes care of any problems immediately. If they find a problem before I do they correct and let me know what the problem was and what they did to fix it.
