I mostly just enjoy the pratice of Bikram & encourage people to try it anywhere. I've only ever practiced at Troy or Farmington Hills so I don't have anything to reference them to. However, Troy is very clean and has nice facilities. I like the early morning hours. The teachers are friendly and helpful.
The yoga has helped me personally, and your teachers are all very nice.
