At any level, you can participate. The studio is clean, it's hard to get away from the smell; it's a sweat box! Lol. Staff is very friendly. Registration is easy. There is also a 60 minute class, which is great and doesn't kick my butt so much that I can't do anything after my class is over.

I like how I feel after class for the rest of the day. I like everyone that works there. My only constructive comment based on recent yoga classes I had opportunity to attend in Mexico would be; for instructors to promote awareness of your whole body. When hands to chest feel your heart, make connection with whole body from toes to head. I'm not sure if this would be correctly stated but in Mexico I felt spiritual and nurturing undertones to sessions. Suzanne sessions seem to promote this. Over all I am happy with Bikram and will continue to attend. thank-you.

The community of people are the best, I talk a lot and post about how much being a part of this studio means to me regularly it is home to many others that feel the same way. You pick the best teachers for the studios as well and that speaks volumes to our practice.

I like the Bikram regiment. By that I mean the postures, disciplines,the heat and how you feel after class.

The instructors have been great. As someone who is new to yoga I was a little intimidated at first, but the classes and instructors and everyone in general has been very welcoming.
