My experience was wonderful. The entire studio was filled with smiles, positive, encouraging energy. It was my first time doing yoga- EVER, and I learned so much! Not only did I get a crash course on the benefits of Bikram, but I had the best work out I have had in years, and felt the benefits of it for days after wards! I'm looking forward to my next visit, and hopefully, a healthy practice.
