The services were great; the other comment I have is that this was my first time attending the class, and the instructor did not give instructions helpful for a beginner.
I'm new and had beginners fear. The staff was very kind and asked me what my concerns were. The teacher made sure I stayed engaged in the class. It is one of the hardest things I've ever done and were it not for teacher being so compassionate, I'm not sure I would have come back.
Just began coming so don't know too many of your services. I did enjoy the class and very much enjoyed talking to the instructor after the class and sharing laughs. I did not once feel awkward about it being my first time. welcoming! ;-)

The instruction given by Shannon and Frances was fantastic. I have only attended 2 classes and they were outstanding. The facility is clean and the staff has been welcoming. I consider both of these areas to be extremely important.
I practiced Bikram in Las Vegas for years and just moved back home to MI. I was very pleased when I found this studio, I love the floor it is the same one we had at my old studio, the teachers are kind, experienced, and welcoming.
I took Francis class and she was great!!! It was my first time and I was nervous!!! I made it and felt great afterward!!

I think that the ladies at the front desk were very warm and welcoming for starters. When I got into the class, they were very personable by mentioning each new individual by name, they stressed not to over do it but to relax and try (even watch the first round). When class ended, they allowed us to relax for a few. Upon exiting the facility, the customer reps/ yoga instructors were great to "see off" the yogis.
