Variety of classes, something different in each session, modifications for all levels

The equipment needs to be updated. I often go to Pilates Barre and the beds are much smoother, cleaner and new.
The studio is very nice and clean and in a good location with easy parking. The staff are all extremely friendly and make a point to learn your name. The classes are GREAT! I always leave feeling great and wake up the next morning feeling VERY sore. They make the classes fun and always switch up the exercises so it doesn't get boring.

Friendly staff, instructors that encourage you to push harder and always change up the routines to keep them challenging and different. A workout that you can see results, even with just a small commitment.
It is exactly what I am looking for to exercise my body. The trainers are profesional and they know how to make you give your best effort in every exercise.
Studio 6 Fitness offers such a unique workout that can work for any age. It's a great class for those who are wanting to build strength, flexibility, and balance. I've spent so many years trying out different types of workout and it wasn't until this one that I feel like I'm getting the body and strength I want. I've been dragging my friends with me and they are loving it so far!

All the instructors are amazing. Even thought one may have a favorite instructor, you can't go wrong with any of them.

Everyone was very personable and engaging.
I enjoy the classes. I really enjoyed Ana's class. She could tell that some moves were more difficult for me than others (due to old sports injuries) and she was quick to offer other moves for me. Not all the teachers are able to recognize or offer different moves.

I am greeted with a smile every time I walk in the door at Studio 6 Fitness! The workout is always a challenge and I feel accomplished when I leave! All of the instructors are knowledgeable on the Megaformer and they ensure a fun and safe environment. This is hands down the best of the best in Dallas for group fitness!
