Studio needs to be cleaned a bit better- hairs all in and under machines

I enjoyed the entire experience. Ana was amazing!
I recommend Studio Six to everyone I talk to - both men and women. The work-out is low impact, easy on the joints, while extremely effective. I can make any session "lite" or as difficult as my body is able to handle that day. I've used it to maintain my core strength to ensure I am less prone to injury in other sports. It's a must do!
Instructors are very patient and passionate making for a great atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable

Out of the four times that I have tried to get in touch with someone or requested a call back, I only received one call. One request was for a private training session and I never heard from the trainer. The three others were for questions about my program that I purchased. Which I never received any information on at all to begin with. Usually if you sign up for something with such a commitment, you are at least presented with the terms of such agreement or where to find them. I've never received anything.
Also, my first contact with the Plano location was terrible. I was called on Friday to notify me that my class was cancelled, she seemed very rushed and didn't try to help reschedule me at all. Not a great first impression. I have actually received more information from my friend that convinced me to join than from any member of your entire team.
I have loved the classes I've taken so far and I know there is value in them, I would love to feel like I could recommend you, but I am a big proponent of customer service and so far it has been very poor.

Everyone was friendly and helpful
Based off of the class description, I expected more of a base level introduction to the equipment and exercises. Benson was a great teacher, but it would have been nice to see him do everything and to have more time to transition between moves since this was intended for beginners or an introductory level.

The machine I was on smelled very bad! It may just be the cloth straps that absorb the sweat.
I love the program/workout but most importantly, I feel that Studio 6 does an amazing job of creating the perfect environment to participate. They cover it all from top trainers, great facilities, warm and helpful staff, convenient schedule, on time and punctual class starts, etc.
