Small classes, friendly instructors, start and end on-time.
I love the mega reformer and the studio layout. I also like most of the instructors.

All of the instructors are amazing, the classes are always challenging and high quality, the equipment is modern and clean and the music is great!
Maggie was super friendly and helpful to a newbie like me! She went out of her way to help me when I was lost or my form needed correcting. I left feeling like I had a great workout. My muscles are sore today, but in a good way!

The staff is friendly and helpful.
Excellent instructors, multiple locations as well as classes throughout each day. The workouts can be as difficult as one wants to make them, the instructors talk through proper form through out the class so you can maximize the benefit of the workout. No other gym has helped me improve my muscle tone, flexibility and strength as much as Studio 6 Fitness has.
I have brought many of my friends and family to Studio 6 because I am a believer.
I love the studio. Have been noticing lately that the reformers have gunk and could be cleaned more often though. Sometimes looking down I see the same crumbs/dust balls/etc for weeks.
The instructors especially Risa is very helpful when I need help with modifications.

This was one of the best workouts I've ever done. Maggie, my instructor, was extremely nice and took some time to really explain everything to me. By the time I left my core was so sore! I haven't worked out like that in such a long time. I would HIGHLY recommend Studio 6 to everyone!! I have now found my new addiction :)
Amazing instructors!!
The bed I wanted to use was broken and the instructor did not have great pregnancy modifications or attitude
Linda was a high quality instructor. She kept the pace of the class going briskly, was upbeat, and designed a rigorous exercise for the 50 minutes. Big fan of Linda.
Friendly and very clean
I really enjoy Sarah's classes. I feel she stands out against the other teachers as she makes an effort to introduce herself to those taking the class and to give feedback during the class by name. I wish other teachers would take the few seconds to introduce themselves and try to learn names of the regular students.

I think you should start with fewer springs and tell advanced people to add on.
I have only taken my first private workout but Cindy was a great teacher and assured me that I was doing the exercises properly.
The workout was great and I love the high intensity/low impact aspect. I felt pretty lost on the machine and some of the positions and would have loved a bit more attention from the instructor to make sure my positions were correct. The instructor was very nice and knew I was new. She did check in on me from time to time and at the end. Learning how to work on the machine was just a lot to take in!
My classes I purchased expired. It's hard to use them and wish they would have lasted longer. I enjoy going but I am at work at 645 am everyday. Is there anything you can do? Thanks,
